The driver was nice, but a manager told him to wait inspire of me telling him on several occasions that i have to be in Vilnius by 3pm. We left half an hour late because manager refused to schedule another bus and made the driver wait. Another bus eventually showed up after the driver insisted that he had to get me to Vilnius from Kaunas for 3p.m. i have waited 3 hours to be late for my appointment.
If it wasn't for the driver i would have not made it till after 4pm.
Moral of the story is if you want to be on time - don't use them I would suggest using public transport. I am writing this at 3pm. When I should be sat in an office with my dentist.
I am all for supporting local Businesses, but i feel like it is not worth your money.

Don't rent a car from them, they are scammers! We rented a car with masked scrathes on car doors, which we missed and when we returned the car, they said there were no scratches before and we'll have to pay for repairs. I took photos before and after, and the scratches are visible before renting. Although it seems they masked them before renting out the car. And they charged 200eu on the same day, which means they must have planned this. Beware!

Vairuotojas pasitaike labai nemalonus ir nemandagus. Tikrai norejosi kuo greiciau istverti kelione nes atmosfera buvo labai nedraugiska. Neimanoma nieko vairuotojo paklausti, nes jeigu paklausi, jis privercia tave jaustis kvailio vietoj, i tuoletus irgi nestoja, nors buvo prasoma.
Wifi neegzistuoja, nors svetaineje sako kad wifi tikrai yra 🙂

Dar "tu laiku" firma, vairuotojai vos pralemena valstybine kalba, tualetai uzdaryti, 5 valandas anot vairuotoju reikia apskaiciuot, kad neturet biologiniu poreikiu, skaitymo sviesos isjungtos/neveikia, gelbsti tik, kad autobusas apynaujis. Niekada daugiau.

The Bus was Kind of flying through the bad Lithuanian streets. I felt sick while travelling. He drove absolutely too fast. When other cars were too slow he just passed 5 and stayed on the left side of the street. Little bus was shaking all the 4 hours. Too small, no space, no toilet. Because I felt I gonna die I would never recommend to go with this company, if all drivers driving as crazy as mine.
Is not worse the money.
