  Really bad experience - they just look to get extra money out of you for non-sense damage. I did two millimeters scratch on the bottom of the front bumper (what do you have it for..) and they charged over 300€ for it like i have broke the whole part.. Crappy attitude - especially for the fact that i am a returning customer to Europcar

  If you don't want to buy their insurance, do not rent car here.

  在還車時，工作人員在車的底盤下方發現有損傷，當我要求一起去確認時，我說根本沒看到，結果他說你要用手去摸才能感覺的到(他自己也覺得"看"不到)。即使如此我還是沒辦法感覺到有傷，最後櫃臺的人說這個"看不到"的損傷要求賠300歐。我想是因為我沒買他們的保險才雕難人。誠心不推薦!!
