Reasonable accomodation but the place lacks service attitude. Where are the smiling faces and flexibility? In this place Customer is not King.

Administration staff -1 ,restoran service and bar with the kitchen staff is one of the best 4+ ,room service with cleaning and changing bed sheets 5,so overall experience is good 4 .Prices are also good,especially in restoran.

Location is good for overnight stay if you travel around Kaunas, but it is far from the city.
Hotel is not new but feels ok, very friendly staff, easy and fairly secure parking (but it is BEFORE the hotel!). Excellent restaurant with very tasty food and really low prices. WiFi was working ok.response / report this review -

Labai patogu keliaujantiems. Nesudėtinga išsukti iš greitkelio ir nereikia klaidžioti po miestą ieškant vietos nakvynei. Yra parkavimo vietos.
