  Long lines, have to wait at least an hour in line. No place to leave kid to play, air conditioning inside. Big parking lot

  Official vehicle registration, friendly staff.
  Best way to avoid waiting in ques is to book time slot in advance on internet.

  Had some terrible experiences here. Staff is barely capable to handle the incoming people which results in long waiting time whenever you need to get something done.
