We had honor to participate in wedding which took place in this restaurant, but I have to say.. food was a real let down when you hear a lot of good reviews about this place. It was ordinary, some dishes were rather tasteless, some were too bland, and decor was perfect.. 20 years ago. all place feels like this - perhaps it was really nice but had it's best times 15-20 years ago. Dusted lights with dried flies inside them still remembers better times..

It is quite nice 4 stars hotel but it is up the hill so don't try to get there with your luggage by foot. A lot of staircases and muddy road. It is better to take a local taxi. The trip from the bus station to there is about 3 euros.

Just simply “feel at home” place!

I can't describe enough, how wonderful services are in Perkuno Namai. Few years ago I was staying there with my family and experienced most exceptional time. Starting with unique setting of the hotel in a private oak park you enter serene and elegant amenities. The rooms are not overcrowded, spacious and tastefully decorated. The restaurant is a charry on the top! Menu and presentation is just divine! Ingrida, the owner, is a winner of multiple International Awards and that reflects abundantly in the meals she and her team creates. We enjoyed it with passion!
Just recently I ordered celebratory meal with delivery for my elderly father. The service exceeded my wildest expectations! Multiple course meal was delivered on silver platter to my father's home who described it as a "King's meal". He was beyond happy!
Perkuno Namai will be the only place I am staying when I am in Kaunas. It is not just a place we remember, it is an experience we will cherish forever.
Thank you kind people in Perkuno Namai! We are coming back next month!
