bad customer service! i ordered a visa card, i paid 30euro for it, and they told me that it will arrive in 10 days, but now it have been more than 20 days and i received nothing!!! swedbank is much better

Bad experience, they divides customers to "good" & "bad". From my business beginning I had normal swedbank banklink, now they turned on their stupid wallet, and most customers can't make a normal payment because of it Had discussions with their customers support, and they does not give me straight anwer why I am a "bad" customer No any suspicious activity, no any suspicious transfers in my business account, nothing Other websites using their payment API still have normal swedbank banklink, so far as I tested it seems they are keeping it on to websites which gets more profit to them. Shame for you!!!
