I wrote an e-mail regarding the land use agreement. Answered the same day. Offered to immediately order certificates from the register center.
Both the administrator and the young Vytautas communicated culturally.
The second time we arrived (it was a few days later) we signed a contract and settled down relatively quickly.

Terrible experience, very unpleasant and arrogant notary and man in the reception there. We came to sign the treaty, and all the time we were undesirable, as if we were interrupting. Notary didn’t eant to explain or answer questions. Some kind of factory and not Notary office. Yuck!response / report this review -
