Did not keep promises, looked for guilt elsewhere. We accepted the order from a nice woman. It was just waiting. Does not contact senders as promised. Had to call to find answers 3 times. in two days. Delays are not so bad if the company is able to communicate everything properly. At least try. Maybe it’s worth looking for new employees to communicate on the phone and the situation would change. Or undivided promises that cannot be fulfilled. Kolkas do not recommend, keep your patience. We decided not to trust our company with our parcels
