  The men close the night shop and open it in the morning. There are no technical staff at night. They shut down the hosting of the attacked site from abuse (as if you attacked your own site) and go to their home. You write to the guys, there is no one to solve the problem. The most amateur hosting company I've seen in the world.

  I buy S20 shared hosting package and pay for year but they suspend my account when my website start to get hits.

  I pay one year hosting and after 2 monts they just simple suspend my account and destroy my business.Not recommend to bigest enemy

  Received an email accusing us of exceeding limits on the server and requiring us to fix the problem. They then threaten to suspend service. But it wasn't us. It was a hack attempt that we had no control over and could not possibly fix. Their systems do not have the capability to detect and mitigate attacks so they blame customers and will suspend your service if you can't address the bogus claim. We've had to spend money and time dealing with a problem that is the result of their failure and it was up to us to prove this.

  I have shared hosting - they changed after a long time the prices
  So If I change even billing cycle it will change to the new price.
  Okay I did not .
  Not they reduced the resources [To me from 4 Gb Ram to 1.5) d
  even the cpu entry and power.
  
  Not a professional and quality company!
