Unfriendly to Americans!!!. In all my travels to European Countriesthis is by far the worst experience I've ever had. The staff is unaccommodating and boarder line resentful When asked for some ice in a glass, I was simply told" No Ice..Sorry Sir" Since we missed breakfast, when asked for basic direction to the nearest coffee shop, we were asked if we had a map..
and then pointed in a general directionevery time we entered the hotel, I felt that we were greeted with judgemental eyes I would never stay at this hotel again!!!! ..to their credit .the room was clean.but their amenities are minimal!.. There's much better places to stay!

Viešbutį užsisakėme telefonu vėlai vakare tai pačiai nakčiai, buvo reikalingi du kambariai. Atvykus iš vieną viešbučio administratorius be ceremonijų išrėžė, kad turi tik vieną laisvą kambarį ir niekuo negali padėti, nors telefonu tvirtino, kad yra du laisvi kambariai. Labiausiai nustebino administratoriaus ciniškumas, nesugebėjo net "atsiprašau" pasakyti. Pirmą valandą nakties, su mažamečiu vaiku, teko ieškotis kitos nakvynės vietos.

Breakfast for 5€: cold fried eggs, chopped hot dog sausage,cheese, cherry tomatoes,ugly cucumbers, cerios and milk/joghurt,tea, instant coffe,toster bread and not so fresh normal bread. Cold be better Room was OK,but bathroom really wasn't - black mould around the shower. Important: there is no elevator and they didn't tell it before
Staff is OK.

Отличный отель, хоть и немного устаревший. Есть небольшая удобная парковка, которая закрывается на ночь.

Останавливался с семьёй на 2 недели. Индивидуальный подход при бронировании, обслуживание на русском языке, комфортный номер. Рекомендую. Лучшее, что было в Клайпеде. Город - так себе.

It was great staying at this hotel. First if all it was really cosy, it almost felt like being in your own home. Secondly, the location is perfect. Everything is nearby. I was very pleased by friendlyness and help of staff too. I would definitely recimmend hotel aribe!
