Clean, friendly, comfortable, excellent breakfast included. Short walk to Old Town. Dogs allowed (15€ charge).

I really liked Memel Hotel.
The room with rooftop windows, the housekeeping and the staff. I asked for a kettle then I arrived. I haven´t more then looked the door to the room after I first entered it then someone knocked the door-their stood Simona with a kettle and cup.
I miss cable connection to Internet, maybe a small fitnesscenter to. -But I borrowed a bike and they thought about my safety in the traffic and brought me a yellow-jacket. Yes I like what this hotel can offer and want to meet the staff again/carl-nicklas/sweden -

Why would you put two single beds
into one so it looks like king size bed in attic room for smokers
which is smaller than other double rooms??
Then you have a two single mattress
on two single beds,and you can't
have a decent rest because you or your partner
gets stuck in a gap between
two single mattresses,which is annoying and unpleasant
I was really frustrated by this,could not understand reason
why would they do this weird way beds
accommodation & professionalism good,parking,location,connection to city all fine,more suitable for single persons i assume -

Staff is polite but don't always know the rules of the hotel, no AC, if you choose room for smokers you get attic rooms which are ~35% small because of a roof and feels very small. If you can go to smoke outside, please choose non smokers rooms so you have some more space.
