  Unbelievable! The cosmetology specialist refused to do face massage, which is in the price list and sceduled for 30 minutes (17 eur). I sceduled 30 minutes time slot and came 7 (14.23) minutes earlier - directly from the plane! The women said that she has the next client at 15.00 and it will not be enougth time to change clothes! I have just left! Honestly! Shame on you!!!!!!!
  The receptionist argued also that 35-37 minutes are not enought for 30 min face massage! Can you believe it????????
