Interesting one of the old cemeteries in Vilnius city. Many known people are put in rest here. Good for a nice walk.

Beautiful 19th century cemetery for a nice, quiet walk. I was surprised by the fact that someone is actually living there.

This place is somewhat hidden and a short walk from the centre of Vilnius. But it is worth every effort! The graveyard is not used anymore for new funerals, and decay is progressive. It is quite nice to walk between the stones and statues and think of the past.
