The best staff you'll ever come across. They are prepared to bend over backwards to make your stay as pleasant as possible and often go beyond what is expected of them. They are very friendly and make you feel apart of the family. The staff really make this place great. The hotel is also situated in a beautiful culturally vibrant part of Lesotho. I learnt a lot and would love to go back there one day.
