  Never ever go to this hotel. Everything very very dirty and the staffs are very rude. The room bathroom, which we stayed, doesn't have door lock and has used tissue rolls
  and soaps. The breakfast plates are provided with hairs.

  stayed in this hotel for 2 nights during last week dec2017. the rooms were really very small , poor lighting(only 2 lights 1 led light and 1 table lamp) , TV was there but no setop box . Wash rooms were not cleaned properly. break fast was horrible. none of us in our family liked that. no internet in the rooms. no phone connection in too in room,; For every complaint we need to climb down 2 floors and speak to the hotel owner and he did not respond well. some rooms the balcony door did not open.. lacking of Basic amenities.

  Without much of a research and with lots of expectations we booked on riverside araliya.
  The location at riverside gives you a good view and there ends the best part.
  Even after booking for 2 adults plus 2 kids the receptionist made a fuss on allowing four persons to stay in a room. We did a bit of our convincing to state that when we booked we did mention about the same.
  There was no privacy in the rooms given as neighbouring room members can come to your balcony.
  The room walls were wet and had lots of fungus with a pungent smell, which to large extent affected my kids sleep.
  The bedsheets and pillow cover and towels were not cleaned and had stain marks and after many follow up we got some clean towels.
  Again at the morning there was a fuss to provide breakfast for four persons and again had to argue for the right number of breakfast.
  Breakfast was minimal and non courteous staff made the stay painstaking.

  Very badly managed hotel with no facilities. The rooms are stinking and are not cleaned at all. The towels are not washed properly and are at the best dried and given to you. No swimming pool, no TV, no wifi in the room, no kettle, no clean soaps. In most of the rooms the bathroom door do not lock, some of the rooms the main door doesn't even lock. The manager is arrogant and he gives away these kind of rooms knowing about the problems in the room. The cutlery is unclean and has stains of all kind.

  The fly boarding ( water sports) here is the best, hotel isn't good. Water sports pricing is moderate.

  Typical Beach Hotel. AC rooms are OKm Wi-Fi & TV are OK. No lift & No intercom. As such aking for room service or house keeping is a big problem every time. Buffet dinner (customized tour) was just OK. Buffet breakfast was more for local taste than international traveller. Hotel location is not that attractive. Need transport to go to all attractions which are are a bit far away.

  Main specialty of this hotel is water sports including recently introduced flyboard.you can have lots of fun.
  Hotel room was ok and clean.
  Food was not good.
  Hotel staff were very nice,friendly and helpful.
