Good buffet for Rs550 per person. Many vehicles stop here. It gets crowded during season time. Wash rooms and dining area is clean and maintained.

Excellent location. Good quality tea available. The restaurant is an open one with nice view. They have a beautiful Garden with blooming roses. Ample car parking available. Toilets are quite clean, maybe the cleanest toilets you will ever find in the area. Staff is friendly and quite helpful

Now for the negatives, the restaurant area is infested with flies and the staff is struggling to contain that. The cakes they have are tasteless and insipid.

Great place to have a cup of tea on your way to Nuwara Eliya via Hatton.
They have a lots of different variety of tea as well as some other beverages for reasonable prices.
Warm short eats are also available to go with their delicious tea cups. Though, no full meals are available with them.
Toilet, washrooms are free to use for customers and their own retail shop for tea and local spices is available inside.

Managed by Watawala Plantations. Customers can get refreshed by having a cup of tea and a snack. In addition they offer lunch. They also sell quality tea. The food is fresh, tasty and hygienically prepared. Washroom is available here. Ample parking space.
Pretty quiet environment with clean air. It was much better and quieter prior to building the adjacent filling station.
Generally they take long time to serve so people who are in a hurry may get dissapointed.

Good place to have lunch even though we had to wait about 30min until it was prepared. Reasonable for the prices charged. But facilities displayed are not available such as kid's play area snd Wi-Fi facilities. calm and quiet place, good to bring kids. The place is clean but staff need more improvement in hospitality issues

Waited for over 15 minutes after I gave the order and a manager comes N said that the order was not taken propely and took once more. Totally dissapointed with service. Place seems to be neglected by the management . Lot of areas need to be improved . Wont go there again.

Good to buy tea and have a cup of tea on the way to N Eliya. Snack options are limited and a bit pricy. Lunch available but not until long. If the place can be kept open after 7pm that would be great for most people traveling back to Colombo. Staff is in hurry after 6
    30pm to close the place.
Potential to become a into an ideal place for local and foriengn travellers if it is managed well.

We had a hectic journey to Ohiya two weeks ago. beside that tiredness we were thrilled of the hospitality we enjoyed on the way. Zesta Tea Cup Restaurant was one of the few such places. We have tasted energy boosting and refreshing and hot cup of the Tea at Zesta. Thanks you and Please keep up good work.

Well maintained facility with friendly and courteous staff. A very good location with good parking. Although belonging to a big corporation, it gives the feel that it's run by the people of the estates of the area

One of the best place to be if you are on Hatton, Thalawakele Road heading to Nuwara Eliya or Hatton. The view is unimaginable. Specially when you see the Train going at a distance. Has the best Tea ever and good for a quick bite. Half way between Nuwara Eliya and Colombo best place to relax and start your journey. Ideal for everyone specially for foreigners since the atmosphere is created that way. Very friendly service and the staff is trained well. Rest rooms are cleaned regularly.

Recommend this place if you wanna buy variety of tea bags or tea flavors. And very good to have a nice break and a snack. If you're lucky you could catch the time train passing by up there in the hill.
