Great place but they won't answer the call to check the status of your bike. Better to get a contact number of a person their when you handover the bike for service.

I had a bad experience at Yamaha Service Center Union Place on 02.07.2019
Don't leave any valuable items even your scooter carpets when you put your bike to service here because staff didn't get any responsibility about lost contains of the bike happening on service process. I think this will effect to the goodwill of the YAMAHA and AMW.
Don't trust people in AMW they are irresponsible and don't know how to handle the customers. -

Very bad customer service. Have to spend lot of time to leave the vehicle for service. Horrible billing section. Very slow work. Spending lot of time watching tv while customer is waiting. Very bad experience.

Initially I thought this place was genuine enough. I use to leave my bike and then go to office and return in the evening to claim it. One too many bad experiences in the 3 out of 4 times I serviced from here. The last one, I had informed that the front headlight parking lamp is faulty and may need to be replaced. But the engineers had charged me for a tail bulb but not even changed the tail lamp. Did not even call me and get my consent. If you are replacing vehicle parts call the customer and get his consent as he had not informed of such issues earlier! In one service they had only tightened my brakes but not sand papered the inside clamps. Brake had noises after about a day. I do not recommend unless you can stay there near the engineer and oversee him working your bike.

පට්ට චාටර් customer service එකක් තියෙන්නේ. ජිවිතේට මුන් phone එක answer කරන්නේ නැ . answer කරලත් හෙන ලොකු talks දෙන්නේ . Yamaha bike අරගන්නවට අපිට ගහන්න ඕනේ., සල්ලි දීල bike එකක් අරන් මුන්ට වඳින්න ඕනේ service එකට දැම්මම . Some one please take the Yamaha dealership from AMW. people are suffering because of their bad service.

Very very very poor customer service. Specially the receptionist (O.A.Welathanthri) doesn't know to talk with customers. There is no calmness and politeness in your staffs. Please give a best solution otherwise you will loss your customers.
Taking too much of time for a simple mater's. -

Bad customer service. They dont have a systematic way of taking appointments. They dont update the customer on whats happening. Although the service seems fine. Overall experience is horrible. As the dealer authorised dealer for yamaha AMW should have a quality service

Good service, professional Note the opening time may say 7am but they open the gate only at 730 for customers to hand in the bikes pickup is after 8am as the cashier only arrives then ✌🏽
