The personnel are polite and there is an a/c waiting area with a washroom.
However customers are not really allowed in the service area. They replaced the coil packs in my car with an Indian manufactured pack. I prefer Japanese. They did not inquire with me as to what I want in my car.
They did not have a simple air filter hose and I had to go to a used parts store to purchase one. I own a 2008 swift. A very common car.
Plus I get the idea that the actual mechanics are young and inexperienced.

Authorized service centre for AMW. Very good customer service and most of all they take good care of your vehicle. Fast and quality service and repaired. I would recommend the place for any engine jobs.

I had an issue with my car and went there since it was near. As soon as I arrived, they took me for a test drive and identified the issue and got the repairs done. Qualified technicians and friendly staff. Definitely I will visit again.

The staff is not customer oriented. There is only one person handling insurance claim. But at the end it’s just a normal repair and customer has to get the insurance claim done separately. But all the time we have to wait for that person to get information or get it cleared as it’s a insurance claim. 🙂 There is no proper communication. They don’t handle insurance claims as they promise when you put the vehicle. Tries to get the money and left the insurance claims to customer. Overall i had to come to this place 3 times (office days) now i have to go to insurance company as well. So disappointed.

Unsatisfied service. I have done my all services & repairs by AMW. so I did my last service by Pitstop Attidiya. they can't even polish my car properly. they applied some wax to my car and polished it within 5mins. the good thing is they wax my car side mirrors too. because some wax still on my side mirrors. disappointment service!

I have a bad experience at Pit stop. Two days after my service the sump nut was missing and all the engine oil drained off. The only thing that could have happened was that at the service the nut wouldn't have fastened properly. However, they accepted the fault was was good enough to check if there was any other faults with the sump on a subsequent day.
The staff was cautious.

I highly don't recommend this place for any amw if you plan to take your vehicle for a repair. they do not accept the vehicle parts which we provide, you have to buy from them and if the required part is not available, they order it from the main station and you have to wait a day or two until it delivers.

when it comes to payment they usually charges you somewhere around 12,000LKR just to replace the rear break-pads even for a maruti alto.

I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Very friendly staff. Free inspection was good but they said my check engine light came on when they were testing. Then they checked the car using the obd scanner but they didn't show me the error code and they said they cleared the code. Asked me to bring the car again to replace some part but the check engine light never came back on and since they didn't give me any reports.. Why should i go back?

Though the place is well set up and has processes work getting done very slowly. I spent 7 hours ( 7.30 a.m to 2.30 pm ) to get my Suzuki SX4's lower arms replaced and starter motor serviced. Crew is very lazy(specially in repair area).
