Most other boats did not care if their rushing towards the whales on surfacing disturbed the whales, they do. They cared both for the whales, also for the guests Just as much. The director/ owner prioritised and ensured i dumped the plastic bag separately even over selling the trip to other potential customers, who were later apologized for the wait. They stayed close to 10 hours as we did not see the whales initially, even when the initial given time was 4-6 hours. Further, there was something to eat or drink which seemed like every 30-45 minutes. All the crew were amazing.

The only club which guarantees that you will be able to see a number of whales and dolphins. It offers you a wonderful experience..it is a treat to watch the dolphins and blue whales in the natural sea. The trip operator is very enthusiastic and friendly. They also give you some light snacks on the ship while you sail. A different and unique experience like no other. If you are in Mirissa, do go for this.

This is probably the best value for money experience we had in all of the 1 month we spent there.

Manoj is extremely knowledgeable and more importantly very eco friendly and good natured.

We took the early morning 6:30 tour and it started right on time. We were served tea at the office. While out at sea ours was the only boat that did not wildly chase the whales. That being said we saw about 6 to 7 blue whales including one at about 20 m from the boat.

We are also so a few schools of spinner dolphins. We were served three meals while out at sea and also were provided sea sickness medication.

    Would highly highly recommend.

A great experience with an exceptional crew made this trip. Pygmy Blue Whales spotted within the first hour and great photos obtained. The crew ensured that you got the best photos without troubling the Whales unlike the other boats. The seating on the top deck added to the comfort plus the excellent food and drink served as part of the trip throughout the voyage. If you want the best Whale Watching experience then you must use these.

Excellent, this is the company to go with for whale watching. The service is outstanding, the boats are spacious, comfortable and safe. The company genuinely care about the protection and safety of the whales and the general marine environment. I have tried other companies and this one is truly the best. I definitely recommend.

The best trip we could have imagined! Saw tens of dolphins, and three different kinds of whales. The service crew and captain were just great, staying at sea 2.5 hours longer than promised, just because we kept on seeing more and more whales and dolphins. We recommend them 100 percent.

Thoroughly enjoyed the trip from start to end.. Manoj and his crew were amazing providing details of everything we got to see. We had dolphins playing on the bow of the boat on the way out and even spotted a few turtles. The actual whale watching by this boat was very respectful and did not chase the blues like most others did, instead they kept away from the pack and let the whale surface in peace.. this happened very close to us on 2 occasions which was amazing!! Hospitality onboard was second to none, offering coffee and sea sickness tablets on arrival; then breakfast, fruit and snacks on board.

Amazing staff, responsible, hospitable and responsive. Want to see whales and dolphins for sure, this is the place. The captain was so experienced and so eager to make sure that each one of us get to see whales. He was as excited as we were on seeing them. The staff made sure that each one of us is enjoying to the fullest. Also, there was complimentary breakfast, fruits plate, coconut roti, coke and cocunut water. Just book them without any doubt whenever you visit mirissa.

Great personalized like experience! Under 25 people on board, the experienced and thoughtful captain along with the crew delivered a great service. They sailed far from the shore and the other tour ships, since the current was pushing the whales further away! However, we managed in the end to see blue whales, spinner dolphins and turtles. Highly recomme ded!

Be careful never to go on board a small whale watching boat. Because of their size they are more likely to shake with the waves, causing people to get sea sick. During our trip we sailed for about 2,5 hours before we saw a whale. 90% of the people on board got ill. It was a real nightmare. You pay a lot of money just to get a glimpse of whale. I don't believe it's wort it.

Captain Manoj operates one of the most professional whale watching companies in Mirissa. His boat is well kept, there is food and drinks and enough space on board. He never fully loads it. But most important of all, he knows and respects the whales, doesn't race to close to them and shuts his engine off. Because of his deep knowledge of the behavior of whales he knows where to look at and to be at the right spot at the right moment.

I almost don't want to recommend this place, since some of its charm is being a small enterprise, but these guys seriously deserve all the credit they can get.
Their boat is not overcrowded like many of the others, their trips are not measured in time but in quality of experience, and they spoil you with great food and water along the way.
Yes, you may find a whale watching trip cheaper somewhere else, but these guys are SO worth every penny!

Perfect trip. Very nice and helpful staff. We were at sea for 6 hours and saw dolphins, fly fish, sea turtles mating and lots of blue whales flipping their tales. The captain was determined to have everyone see a blue whale and we saw plenty but not until 11 o'clock after about four hours at sea. I recommend Whale Watching Club to everyone who wants to get a good look at blue whales and other lovely sea life. Experience of a life time.
