  I hated my stay there. I was supposed to stay 3 nights but I left during the first night. Reception is bad from a man (bald and moustachu) that instead of being welcoming, was very rude almost violent. Rooms are less than okay and atmosphere is bad vibes. Avoid this place!

  Worse welcome I received in my all life. We arrived at 11pm after having booked and the door man was drunk and angry. He refused to give us the room during the night and ends by insulting us and we had to leave in the middle of the night with no solution. The hotel was almost empty

  Fantastic location right on the beach, with excellent facilities and beautiful rooms. The food is brilliant and all the staff go out of their way to help you. They arranged a memoriable dolphin watching boat trip during which we saw so many dancing around the boat that we lost count. This is an idealic holiday stay in Sri Lanka to relax at

  Great place to relax away from hustle and bustle of daily life. Great views and wonderful food. The staff is very helpful and can guide you on what to do around the town. Can rent scooter to ride into town and also visit nearby safari for a day trip

  Definitely would recommend this place. Small and right at the beach, with great staff and really good, fresh food. WiFi now works fine, both in rooms and on ground floor restaurant. Owner is really friendly, and happy to help with anything.
  
  One thing to note: rooms on the first level don't have AC.

  Friendly staff, nice view and owned by a Single guy. Haven't had a chance to try their food or accommodation. So rating is based on place and staff.

  Nice place in a lovely position. Right on the beach, which is well cleaned there by the hotel compared to the rest of it, as noted by a previous reviewer. We had no hot water (though it wasn't unpleasantly cold by any means), and on check out the local power was out so we had to be taken to an ATM to get cash (this is irritating only because it sounded like a scheduled outage and we could have paid earlier if told). Also the wifi didn't work at any time.

  Great place, right at the very well kept beach, cleaned daily by the hotel staff. Wondered around the village and this is the best place we found.
  We came with our 3yo and we all loved it. I was kitesurfing in lagoon while my wife and son enjoyed having beach just to themselves. Amazing.
  Very clean for 3 star hotel, staff extremely friendly and helpful, assisting with any of your travelling and sightseeing needs.
  Due to power supply problems no AC but it was just fine with ceiling fans, besides, I doubt any other place in village has AC due to the same reason.
  Highly recommended.
