Awesome place to spend your day with the loved ones. Staff is very friendly. You can male the reservations before 5 days or so. They even call you 2 days before to confirm your reservation. Pool is very clean and beautiful. There is a bar to get high. You can make orders while you are there. Food is very tasty. A large buffet is available. Washrooms are neat and tidy. Beautiful hotel interior.

Went for a dinner buffet on new year festival day with the family. It was a really nice beach hotel and attached to the nature. Some parts of the hotel is built on the lagoon waters. Really loved the structure of the hotel.
The service was very good. So friendly staff. Tasty foods. Overall highly recommended.

Great location by the sea, lovely Olympic sized pool. Bar and café by the pool. The restaurant serves tasty, fresh, local and international dishes, large breakfast buffets.
Good service, though a bit slow in the restaurant.
Spacious, well equipped rooms in need of refurbishing.

Very good place with a nice wedding hall. Only issue is that you have to part your car open air, no roof. When it's too hot and attended the wedding and come back to the car, you'll be roasted. My Friends liked the food, I didn't have much vegetarian option.

Stayed one night at Suriya resort. Visited on an off season but it was crowded. The ambiance of room is beautiful. And their food is in a good standard. The hotel staff helped us a lot to teach us about the area and the hotel.
You can enjoy see the sea view at the pool too.
Experienced their spa and comparing to other hotels spa packages are not bad and if you are lucky you can get a discount too. :D
This is a hotel that I would visit again. And the whole time was worth for money.

Friendely staff, good food, clean rooms. Beautiful pool and right next to the beach. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. In the early morning you can enjoy the lovely sounds of the jungle as the birds awake and start their chitters. Absolutely fabulous!

I stayed for a night with my family. This is a nice resort but poorly maintained. I booked the leading room category. The room is very spacious with the basic amenities. However the washroom looks very old. ( taps and the walls etc). Linen looks too old. The staff members at the restaurant needs to be complemented. They are aways with a smile and very courteous. Hope the management look into the maintenance of the resort to attract more people.

Quite a nice resort in Negombo. The food is good and the staff are friendly. The place is very close to the beach. On the first day we stayed there were six different weddings so it got a bit hectic.

Please don't plan your wedding at this hotel. Hotel infrastructure and design is great. But very very poor customer service by the banquet management team. Specially a lady managed the banquet desk. She think that she is the owner of the hotel and she is doing a favour. Customers pay for their services and it's not free of charge. Staff member was not flexible, not willing to listen to the customer needs. Which is very vital in the hospitality industry. The most unprofessional and pathatic customer experience in have had out of many interactions. Management team please train your staff to respect customers.

Though it is nice place and the food was fine, I booked a double room and a triple room over the phone and they charged half of the price through my credit card. When we went there we noticed that the triple room was same as the double room where they had put a small size bed into a double room and only two mugs were there also. But they charge more for triple room where the facilities were same. Since we took our baby (3 months) we switched off the AC for couple of hours and noticed that there was a pool of water coming from the Ac louver. After using the bath room same results were experienced. Food area is open to the beach side and all sorts of birds and flies can be seen.

Good food, great atmosphere, nice rooms and friendly staff! Lot of house flies in the dining room and staff couldn't take proper measures to eliminate fly problem. But anyway I would recommend this place as a good 4.5 star hotel.

This I a very nice hotel with a very good restaurant .
If you can afford this place I will recommend you to go here. Even stay.
You can eat buffet or from the menu.
Perfect night for a couple or for a family to get away for all sort of occasions.
Parking is great
Food quality and taste - excellent
Public area etc is clean and stylish
Price from the menu is good
Staff is very friendly and service oriented
It could maybe be marked better but overall not hard to find.
Reason I don't give 5 stars is this; your buffet is great but the price could be less. You can go to other places for same quality to a cheaper price. I give 4.5 !
That said I will come back again and eat here. Even the buffet - because it's GOOD - then I may say 5 right after the buffet.
