  Perfect house. Good privacy while others live in next door rooms. Silent and perfect scenery. Easy safari planning and elephant orphage visit from here.
  The gerant service is perfect: he collects drinks from the village centre for you by request.
  Unfortunately no pool. (Yet?🙏🏼)
  Unlike other posts WiFi is pretty OK. Even in the rooms. Only don't sit on remote places.

  A luxury stay for a good price. Duminda, the host was very welcoming, arranged a good driver and guide (his name is Wish) for the safari for a fair price, helped us with tuk tuks or directions. The house is big and spacious, plenty of space to chill. Room was very clean and had all you need, incl. A/C.

  Bedroom and bathroom not really clean.
  Hairs and dust on the floor.
  Spider Web in the corners of ceiling
  
  Provided with towels, liquid soap and toilet paper.
  
  Poor WiFi, always disconecting, good for Chat not for Youtube.
  
  Multi Channel TV
  
  Quiet place. Free car park.

  Strong recommendation!!!
  
  + cooperates with experienced and highly motivated safari guide knowing best spots to see leopards, large crocodiles, besides elephants :)
  + nice, clean and spacious rooms
  + delicious cooking of traditional Sri Lankan cuisine (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
  + very friendly host
  + Great value for money
  
  Ps: ask for safari guide Mr. Era ;)
