  A seven star experience from a three star hotel. A hotel which concerns not only the comfort of their customers but also the corporate social responsibilities. A hotel with Really helpful staff, Delicious cuisines, A fantastic swimming pool, luxurious villas and a beautiful garden.

  * Worst service
  - Waiter took more than 15 mins to deliver the ordered to the table
  - When I asked for a finger bowl he asked me to go to the sink. Finally, to get it done I had to explain why I need it (for my baby)
  
  * Bad food
  The Biriyani was good but others (including rice and noodles with checken blah blah) were felt uncooked \ not tasty but high in price (twice the normal standard restaurants. Ex : Just the biriyani cost 1200 LKR per person) + medium pizza was 1600 LKR
  
  * Not reliable
  Three times current failure - left us sweatting for around 5 mins. They turned the Generator ON only after confirming that the power won't come.
  
  * No wifi (when asked, the waiter told the router is broken).
  
  Had a good looking atmosphere + a good sounds and a DJ which were the only points to admire. I won't go there ever again.

  Villa pinnawala is nice restaurant and hotel. The place is next to the car park for Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage entrance. The restaurant is having DJ and music and no crowded and having good western food, example good Pitzza options available which kids like.
  
  If walk little further inside, the hotel is with nice rooms and swimming pool. Next to the hotel, they have a good buffet restaurant and having both western and local food option. Possible to order with menu too, but buffet is nicer.
  
  Hotel is very calm and quite and having beautiful view of paddy fields next to the hotel swimming pool.

  The place had a fresh atmosphere. The individual villas were cozy. The washrooms gave a spa kind of a feel. The place is very quiet so if you want to just sit back and relax then this is the place for you. The omly drawback was their food selection and recipes in lunch and dinner buffet. The taste and quality wasn't up to the mark and didnt justify the price.

  Location is good, very close to Pinnawala elephant's care and zoo. But need more improvement of services. Customer care is less and have to ask everything from them.

  Nice tourist development.. fully completed recently front four storey restaurant, Pub, fine dine restaurant, Banquet Hall and A/C washroom in lower ground floor..nice location

  Extremely slow service. Buffet however there was hardly by food. They keep minimal quantity and food gets over soon..Food quality also was not its best..
