I visited this place second time and service standards went down badly. Had issue with our lunch order. One person started serving us and latter part of our lunch we have ordered some extra meals. Person who served us initially no more there an new server continues service. Unfortunately our extra meals order not passed to new server by earlier guy and it never received. We have complained about it and they never put effort to rectify it. We had issue with white water rafting trip as well. We booked trip with them. And their field wehicle drop us at starting point. We waited more than 45 min until our raft comes. They had poor communication and coordination between starting point and base. BTW, our rafting guid/operator gave us good experience and good service. This is the only plus point of this trip.

If your looking for place to get an adventures experience. This is the place. White water rafting and confidence jump to natural pools and rock sliding. All are there for cheap price. But the food and rooms are not so good.

Had a great adventure experience . In Water rafting their guide is always with us.so safety is ok. Excellent customer service. Very helpful staff. Recommended to go kithulgala with best life adventures.

Overall, it was a pretty good experience.
Good points :
- canyoning activity very fun, rock slinding, jumps from rocks.
- very clean and brand new room.
- nice view of the river from the balcony
- good lunch and dinner
Bad points :
- room badly isolated, you get used to the river's sound, but not to yelling people at 6 AM
- small sheets

Very good place for adventure seekers. Affordable prices. you can enjoy whitewater rafting, water sliding and confidence jumping.

This place is not good for lodging. Meals and dining area is below average. If anyone looking for white water rafting and other water activities, this is the best place with better experienced staff but not for lodging.

We stayed there full aboard one day and it was awesome.friendly crew members there is always helpful.not only that i loved every activity including rafting there was so much fun and its not expensive.thumbs up👍👍

It was really an extra ordinary experience First was the slides and confidence jumps which were really thrilling .. And the food was very good too But the best part was the white water rafting . We were lucky to land on a day with high water level which gradually intensified the thrill and ferocity of the rafting.. Overall it was an unforgettable day each and every one of us .. It is serious recommended to try this at least once in your life ; )

Actually it's a great place to visit. Full of natural beauty and above all the service of the staff and friendliness of the locals is highly appreciated. Almost local you meet on the way will help you in need honestly.
