My appointment was at 1.30 pm today. They called me at 10.00 am and requested me to be present at 12.00 noon. Now it's 1.30 pm. Still doctor not in the consultation room. Very disappointing. Wastage of time. Please improve on this matter.

One of the worst places you can ever visit. Worst customer care.
I was standing for more than 15 minutes until one of the customer service representative attends me. None were bothered when there were around 3 of them just minding their own problems leaving the customer ignored.

I just literally wasted nearly 3 weeks waiting for a reply after the interview. No response at all. As I have been selected for such position, I was required to call and ask the status of the interview. Guys dont waste your time in here. If you are attending an interview here, ask straightforward questions in order to save your valuable time. Time is precious.

Good customer service. Delivered item on promised time. Gave free minor repair --> excellent.
Staff were nice and helpful. Parking available. Toilet and feeding room is also available in ground floor itself. Can do free eye testing (taking number) and make glasses. Wide range of frames are available. Prices are also very reasonable.

Worst hotline ever..had to call and wait 5 mins to answer the call. Again transfered to another department.kept hanging another 3 mins and they disconnected my call. If you cant maintain a hotline please dont do it!

On arrival i had waited for minutes ,check in was in 5 minutes
Once i came to place st floor ,my paper was taken and ackonowlegdge me,very good.waited on queue.Took me minutes then i met a eye check up person.very friendly person check.so the check up person said a have mild issue with eyes.and waited 2 hours for doctor to meet.Dr.Sujatha Pathirage was my doctor.

Addtional : very clean and quite.they have food vending mechine and nescafe mechine.

Specs : Very expensive spectacles.frame cost more then .10,000Lkr.-30,000 Lkr..

you can get it withing one day .
