The vfs staffs are very rude with customers and they thinks they are Consular staffs. They must think always that are just a courier service staffs. My 1st Vfs experience was terrible and shouted to a staff very rudly for her indecent behavior & one of the worst hotline and customer care hotline ever. Need lots of improvements. Main monopoly is a SMS charges. They will charge 700 Rupees as a sms fee and you will receive nothing. If you apply with family , they will charge a sms fee for every one wich is not mendotory. So since it's an Indian company with cannot expect a quality service.

Visa application centre was open during this lockdown. If you bring required documents, the process takes only 10 minutes. Satisfied about the services they provide. Staff is very friendly and supportive. There is a premium service and you have to pay 7500/- for that.

Friendly staff, if you are driving you would have to park the car along the galle road and walk which is not much of a hassle.

However the seating arrangements is a bit awkward as people assisting the candidate has no place to sit which is an inconvenience.

The processing of Visa is done in an orderly fashion and the staff are friendly and swift when handling their clients.

The levels of service I received during the document handing over process was quite good. Even though the security in charge of the car park at street level does not allow you to park he ensures you are directed to where you need to go.
The security personnel on level 1 were also courteous & helpful. Calistus the first point of contact was very helpful & polite, so were the girls processing the applications & bio metrics.
They were very efficient & very polite

The Bio-metric machine has been out of order since last week and still there is no alternative for this issue. VFS Please rectify this machine issue since applications are being affected and delayed because of the Bio-metrics.
