Good service but not very transparent. They know what they are doing, that's a plus for those who go there without much knowledge about migration. If you can handle it by yourself then getting AMC onboard will be a waste of money.

Really unprofessional staff works in this place. Not recommend at all. That lady better learn how to speak to clients. And we don't care about your attitude.

PS: The owner contacted me to apologise which is really professional, though it's too late to change my perception. Let's hope customers will be treated better by this lady.

Even if you get there on time you might have to wait for a while. They might say you would get an discount if you initiate your migration process by paying the initial amount to them within a week. If you ask them about the living cost after migrating they would say it depends and will not even give an average amount. May be people are treated differently by them My experience was very unpleasant.

I was contacted by the management due to my bad experience and they were really polite and answered my questions and cleared my doubts. It's understandable that the staff may not always perform to the expcectation and guidance of the management. I'm thankful to the management for getting back to me and help me sort out things.

Pretty much perfect as the stars would say. Mr. Hemantha along with all the staff were very helpful during the application process. They pushed me throughout to get the work done from my end(such as certificates, police clearance and etc) which sped up the process. I approached AMC on advice from my husband when applying for my partner visa. My agent Niloo was very efficient in her work and I believe it is due to my application through the agency that my visa was approved within a shorter period of time than expected. The partner visa application process for Australia is extensive and can be very stressful. It was helpful for my husband and I to have the backing of the agency during our application. As a suggestion to AMC I would recommend they provide more detailed information about the VFS and medical submission process in Colombo to clients in advance. Other than that I am very happy with the service provided and am thankful for their help in getting my visa soon :)
