  They provide short term apartment renting services through airbnb and direct. I booked one of their apartments for 4 days starting from 04/01/2020 and this was reserved around one month prior. Before the reservation one of my friend went to see the apartment and then i confirmed. So i was there with my family of 5 people (including my kid who is 1 years old) on the day. We flew from Singapore that day and idea was to stay at the apartment. But on arrival to the apartment, the owner Mr. Amarasinghe (whom i talked prior about the reservation) gave us some other apartment which was not complete, missing amenities and probably under construction. We had bought some dairy items and some other things that needs a refregerator. Eventhough there were other amenities missing, i specifically asked for the refrigerator. Then this man Mr. Amarasinghe got furious and started to act like a very short minded person. By this time i had already paid the full amount. He threw away the money and asked us to leave the apartment. The time was around 4.00 pm and we had no where to go. Specially with my kid. We all were very tired at that time and i was worried very much and we left. Then i had to find an other apartment to stay the night and it was very difficult to find a suitable place at that time. So the apartment which was originally promised to give was right beside and the reason for all of this was that Mr. Amarasinghe wanted to give that apartment to someone who booked afterwords. Probably for a higher price. If he would have asked for more money i would have given. He was very mean person and do not welcome guests. I do not recommend his place at all.

  Visited on Nov 2019. As a service provider. Headed by experience MD. Was greeted and treated well. Very understanding staff. Good industry knowledge. All of this in a 5 story brand new building. Logistically capable of handling significant work load. Overall recommend.
