I called the PickMe K'negala office on 9 March 2020 to book a cab to go to Colombo the next day, 10 March at 7:30 am. They confirmed the order and when I called at 6:30 am the next day to remind them they promised to send the cab by 7:15. Of course, the cab never came. And when I called to inquire they kept me on hold forcing me to cut the call. and this happened three times. 'Mr Joseph' who was the phone operator never had the human decency to at least call me and say that he cannot send me a cab. I was supposed to report to work that day. Out of decency I called them again and again and managed to get through to cancel the cab; I called a 588 cab which responded immediately and realistically. When I come home PickMe also sends me a bill. It is fine by me if you cannot send me a cab, but do call and tell me, even that basic decency was not practiced at the K'negala branch.
