The service sucks We went there at 7.00 am and we got our packages at 6.30 p.m They loaded packages to their own trucks till like 4 p.m i couldnt believe it. Do not send your packages to this place. Transco is much better and really fast imho.

Still in STONE-AGE. Need to improve customer service and management. If they can introduce a way for releasing goods with online registered first come-first serve method with exact time slot to their customers, lot of time can be saved.

Worst system ever I seen, my box is like this.
We went there at 8.00 a.m but we got the package at 5.30 p.m after I blamed to the manager, I was so impressed about the manager who don't want to talked to the costumer. Very bad attitude to him

Probably the worst service in Sri Lanka. my cousin sent me a package from USA and they have opened the box without my permission. When I asked about it, they said due to corona they’re not allowing inside anyone to check the package. They’ve stolen the iPhone inside the box and some candy boxes. Worst ever. If anyone still trying to deal with them, consider your second thoughts. Worst

Very poor service. They are limiting daily customers due to Coronavorus pandemic. But no water to handwash, no sanitizers, dirty rooms, very poor wash rooms etc. Took me six hours to get my small gift package. Package is filled with cockroaches and rats. Also they are not allowing us to take our mobilephones.
Package was badly damaged and some items are missing. Very poor customer service.
Also it is very difficult to contact them via landline. Only two numbers are available and both those lines are always busy.

Very poor service and customer service representatives are not qualified to talk to customers properly. Executive called Anurudhika is a perfect example for that. Never recommended trico cargo for anyone just waste of time and money 👎🏿

We shipped our 4 wooden boxes, 2 metresses and fridge from UAE at the end of Aug. Corner of one box is broken and rats had gone inside. Rats damaged some new furniture parts and even had eaten 2 basmati rice packs partly.
When we take fridge home, there was a rat inside and few big cockroaches 😡

But, overall customer service and Door to Door service were good.

They must do through pest control at their warehouses.

Service is ok but the customs officers are so inefficient that it takes 4-5 hours minimum to clear a normal shipment. Bribing them could help speed up the process.

Service is good, but not allowing the cell phones inside the office, ask to leave or handover it to a any relation, the customer who didn't have anybody with him felt lost when he don't have anybody to hand over it.
