Really nice and friendly staff! They served us super delicious home-cooked sri lankan food.
Unfortunately the house is not as beautiful as photos may suggest. The bathroom was a little dirty and not very well kept e.g. water was running out to the floor from beneath the shower, the toilet seat mismatched, there was moulder on the sink, walls with yellow tint at least there was hot water in the shower. Although the room had a really nice furniture and a gorgeous bed, the blanket and the bed cover were stained and only two out of nine lights worked (and this was a cold light LED which makes the room rather uncomfortable). Moreover the location is about 3.8 km away from the city centre (Nuwaraeliya) within a small village - but public buses are easy to reach.
Anyway the super friendly staff manage to make you feel a little bit more home.response / report this review -

Had a terrible experience here. We reached in the evening and only one guy who did not even know English was there to attend us. Our driver was to drop us and leave but he found the locality and the service weird and spoke to that guy in their local language regarding our food and other arrangements. The most shocking thing was they just advertised that they serve food but in reality they did not have it. We immediately canceled our reservation.

Хороший отель. Чисто. Приятный персонал. Есть Wi-Fi и горячая вода. Только очень холодно на улице, 13 градусов, соответственно и в отеле, потому что нет отопления. Одевайтесь теплее когда едете в горы! 😊
