Nice place for dinner. Had rice & curry meal which is a vegetarian option. It lacked a but of sei lankanness and was overpriced for what it was. Gnocci was good and ceviche was great.

New place in the Galle Fort on Pedlar St. Really positively surprised by both the quality of food served and the efficiency as well as friendliness of the waitstaff! Excellent pasta (my family and I tried out the gnocchi and spaghetti al fredo - both very tasty and authentic) and good range of drinks too. Beef burger was also nicely presented and good value for money. Ask for the manager, Mr Indika, who will guide you through the menu and tell you about the concept of the restaurant. Prefer this place to Pedlar's Inn Cafe and The Heritage, which are also good, but not as good as The Kitchen, in my view. Definitely worth trying out!
