Superb display ,very attractive ,neat show.room in down south. Sales team need more energy ,specially cashier team.The delivery can arranged and they will assemble the furniture .The asse team are very skilled and honest.

One of the biggest Damro showrooms I’ve been into. However, the staff was not very helpful. They were more concerned on closing up the showroom. However, wide range of products on display. Showroom is well represented. Home/office Delivery is available at no extra cost.

I came to the shop with my little one and she broke a small glass bawl by mistake. I myself told to the staff that I'll pay for the broken thing, but I didn't expect that I'll get a bill for the set of 6 glass bawls.I'm sure any local person would not be charged like this. Disappointing.

I ordered a TV as a gift to be given on a special day, four days before the event and they promised to arrange it on the particular day. But once I came all the way from colombo to buy the gift to participate to the event they informed me that the TV is not ready and they can't arrange it on the day itself. Terrible service from galle branch. They should have atleast informed me through a call.

Awesome quality
1 or 2 good staff members
Otherwise very lethargic and very uninterested staff.
I bought 5 items including wardrobe, table and dressing table that was way big. All are rubber wood based products fixed by them. But when I called them when I was changing my rented home, they denied repeatedly to come amd assemble the items telling thwy are busy. Very pathetic service. How can we move big house hold items that are not strong enough to be moved as a whole. I had to do it myself with hours of painful pitiful sweat.
