The Bungallows are first class. The Hotel associated with it more caters for the mass bus tour market and isn't therefore in the same league.

Bungalow by Amaya is located in Heerasagala, Kandy, which is 466 m above sea level. Featuring modern rooms with an en suite bathroom, the bungalow has its own restaurant.
115 km from Colombo, Bungalow by Amaya is approximately a 3.5 hour drive from Bandaranaike International Airport.
The air-conditioned rooms have a flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player, safe and minibar. Private bathroom includes a bathtub, shower and hairdryer. Free bottled water and daily newspaper is provided.
Guests have access to free private parking and free Wi-Fi in common areas. Laundry and airport transfer services can be arranged at an extra cost. Safety deposit boxes and bicycle rental services are also available.
