The views are good.. But the maintenance is really poor and so was the quality of their buffet. All food was ice cold. Nobody had an appetite to eat. The place looks messy too

Hotel has a great view of the river which they would have use more effectively.. new bar is nice and good place to hang around .. Food is ok . Staff service is average and there can be more improvements.. Also the landscaping could have done much better and they better get the service of an architect when they do renovations or alterations

I Have been to this motel several times, to the restaurent for lunch when ever I had friends and relatives , though it is located in a senic envirement the service of the staff starting from the food server to the manager is horrible and the attitude is very bad, staff is very crude no attention to the customers, even you complained to the manager they safe guarde and take the side of the staff, who needs lot of traning, The chairmen has the same attitude of handing a complain , who openly says if you want to come and have food in our restaurent you do the way we want and do as we say, no wonder the tables are empty and hv less then 10 gust where as they can occupyhv over 100, I been a top manager who had work in the service industry over 35 yrs , have no regard fr this motel, even the bar and room service is bad as the their restaurent svc, I will never ever site Tz place and want recomond any one to visit this horrible , unfriendly , location , there are ve seery much better locations such as Orkley hotel you are been treated with respect , desency with a team of trained staff own by down to earth business men in Kandy who knows the value of a customer,

Beautiful location, overlooking the river bank. Situated close to tourist hotspots such as the Isini gem factory and Oak-Rey woodcrafts. Nice staff, good food.

Good hotel with all modern amenities. No lift in this 3 storied hotel. It's location is also OK. B/Fast is good. Dinner is so so according to international traveller's taste bud.
