A great place for some beers and good food. Ambience is fantastic for a meetup with friends and family as it holds on to that real German pub feel.
We ordered the pork Chops and the Bavarian steak stacks.They were quite generous potions and were well presented, worth the money spent.
Was not blown away by the service though.. It was quite avarage. All in all it was a great atmosphere and will definitely come back

Food used to be the best. But now I feel the quality has dropped compared to what you served. Service is poor from what was there two years back. Yet I would like this to be improved since the location is the best place in Colombo.

Pork knuckle and steak was cooked to German perfection. Sausages and Dumpling were not close to Bavarian standards and should be revisited by the chef. The staff is very pleasant with a smile on their faces and attentive to needs of guests.

What an amazing dinner! The food is fresh and succulent: the beef burger was little overcook but very tasty, with onions ring, tomatoes, cheese, fried egg and lettuce. The schnitzel was perfectly crunchy and taste amaizing with the mustard. All of that accompanied with cold beer.you cannot ask more than that for a dinner!

Good services, Really nice presentation on food. Food is also very tasty.
Food preparation time was really good. Enjoyed with ma French girl friend. Have a smoking area outside.
Restaurant is bit noisy but good place to have a short dinner, standing bar is also available.

Brilliant place for food lovers. Very groovy place.
Excellent menu with sizzling dishes. Meat dishes are great. Huge portions. Good to dine alone or for 2.
Surprisingly ample parking available. Great service. You may spend time enjoying your dishes. Very lively place. Sometimes you can’t hear yourself. But that’s great. Expensive though, but worth every penny. Thumbs up.

I didn't quite see the point in stepping into this place for their ridiculous prices on the net. But I did, and I had a wrong impression, these guys are hands down one of the best in their menus, the prices the portions are really good. I'd recommend it to anyone. Oh they for beer too.

I had to give my stomach a rest from eating spicy food for over a week. Delicious though but I suffered. I wasn't expecting much here but was pleasantly surprised at the food and service quality. The goulash I ordered was almost as good as the one I had in Vienna! Atmosphere is authentic and a very extensive drink menu. Go past the notion of feeling silly eating German food in Sri Lanka, You will be pleasantly rewarded.

Love the food , best steak in the town. Any body who love German food should go there. Very cosy and beautiful place. Prices are bit high. But you won’t be disappointed. Service too great.

Wonderful restaurant. Loved their food and atmosphere. If you love meat, this is one of your places. Very crowded at night. Hard ro catch staff for an order since everyone is very busy. So better go with a reservation. Parking is bit of a worry. Prices are bit expensive, but acceptable.

I would say it is the place to go for all your meat cravings. You would get many options for chicken, beef, pork and lamb. Prices are ok considering the portion size. They have a well stocked bar with a good collection of cocktails. Staff is quite helpful how ever the restaurant is quite small for the demand, better make a reservation.

The Food and portion sizes are quite consistent all throughout, but the prices are getting steeper. My BIGGEST complaint is that the service is extremely poor, that such factor itself is enough for some not to dine in this restaurant.

Very average quality, no beer if you happen to be there for launch, very expensive and as they close between 15:00 to 18:00, they really rushed us to make us leave the place at 15:00 by asking the bill to be paid even before finishing our meals, putting music very loud. A very average meal for two persons costing 9750 lkr. Terrible. I do not recommend. Hotels around are way better places to eat.

Great place to enjoy some German classics. Valet parking is convenient.

Keep in mind that the bar closes at 2pm till evening, so plan to be there early to enjoy a beer with your lunch.
