Steamboat food are really good and taste. I’m a customer there. But to day I called there delivery service. It’s very poor. They always try to sell there foods in there’s place. So MANAGEMENT please try to give good delivery service. Because more compititors are in this food market. If you don’t care your customers they rejected you and try to another place.

This is about Mongolian mix rice i ordered with noodles and hot buttered mushrooms. Not impressed at all with the rice. Color and taste is not having authentic Mongolian look or favor. Meat portion for the rice is unacceptable. Mix rice should be rich taste. Please consider the feedback customers given. If not you will be easily overridden by other restaurants.

Usually not crowded. Clean and calm environment. Taste of food is average.Fast food preparation for dine in. Friendly staff. Average cost. Parking space available for few vehicles. Set menu is not available for dine in. But set menu available for take away.

The customer service was in a zero level. On 27th April, I entered into the restaurant by 2:50pm for a take away and the board said they are open. While I'm checking the menu a guy came and asked me to do whatever it's soon, because they are going to close. The tone was very rude and commanding. I just left the place without purchase and will never return.

I've visited Kiribathgoda outlet recently. Typical Steamboat menu is available and there are about four or five table availabe including a family table where six people can sit. Parking available only for three vehicles. They don't serve liquors. Ideal for kids and families.

Just eat a chicken fried rice butwhere is the taste??? Where are vegetables??? In there just a poor egg and some small piece of meat, all in a insipid taste of nothing, but as pearl they charge extra service charge and taxesnothing to complain, but in that case you pay taxes on service charge as well.
Service charge is the last one to be calculated, not the first!!!!

The place is very much affordable. But the staff doesn't do much to please the customers. Plus somewhat noicy crowd can be seen frequently here. The quality of food is good. If it was a quite and a cozy place I'd have given 5 stars.
