As already said before: (very) slow staff and absolute ridiculous prices (in Sri Lanka). Ordered two sandwiches and after 1 hour still didn't had our food. There was no one else in the restaurant! If the staff was quicker and prices where normal I would recommend it.

Bar and beach bungalows on southern side of Nilaveli beach. Quit place, nice young guys who operates and serves the place. In bar you find a Lion beer - big bottle for 500 rupees, variety of classic cocktails for around 800-900 rupees. Nice meals for 800-1200 rupees. We lived in Bella and came here for dinner. Loved the place! Took Sri-Lanka style curry - wonderful! After 5 pm they play daily volleyball on beach. Good vide.

One of the highlights of our trip. Cabanas are perfectly comfortable, clean and tidy with a shared set of bathrooms. The staff and the location thought is what truly make the place. Semi secret beach for essentially just this guest house and you’ll sleep with the sound of the waves. Choice of 5 different breakfast menus. And a great group of chilled out and laid back young guys make the atmosphere a little tropical paradise.

Location was lovely, the staff were friendly and the food was pretty good. I only rated it 3 stars because it was the most outrageously expensive breakfast I have had in a month in Sri Lanka but we do tend to go local. If you are happy to pay 1700 rupees for a bowl of muesli, a Sri Lankan breakfast and a pot of coffee then everything here is perfect for you.

Great experience. I had the oceanfront cabin which was beautiful. Manju was great and was very helpful. All the waiters were very nice there. The breakfast was AMAZING and the welcome smoothie was much appreciated on a hot afternoon. I loved every details about this place. The ambience was great and much needed.
Ppl have to stay here to relax for a min of 2 days the very least. I wish I stayed longer.
Cons: They make their money with the prices of the drinks. On the high side and you cannot go anywhere cause it is in the middle of no where.response / report this review -

Really terrible experience. After complaining one of the food (super small “salad size” prawns for 1000rs) and choosing other dinner, we get the same prawns as deviled, after we complain again we get the second food. It's a pity i haven't took a photo.
They have a surprise (nowhere stated) 10% servis charge. After we were not goin to pay this extra charge one of the staff members was even aggressive. At least the manager was ok.

Nice place. Only available for tourists. Got a chance to enjoy that place. Food and drinks are freshly made, which takes some time. The staff is very friendly. Nice beach view and safe to take a sea-bath in the Nilaweli beach.

A chill, nice place. You do have to wait a while for beverages and meals. But they are freshly made. The waiters are very nice and chill. Further more, the ambience is great, a perfect place to lunch, hang out and drink or eat dinner.

Really chill place, nice music. However expect a 30 minutes wait for your order but the food is completely great ! Prices are reasonable. I recommend it.

The BEST place in Nilaveli! Affordable (around 4.2k) cozy beach domes by the sea! What more could you ask for! 😁 Had a perfect weekend here, wish we could have stayed there for more. The staff is really nice and helpful and friendly! They played music towards the night and we danced on the beach! The vibe was AWESOME! We met some really cool locals and foreigners here and loved the hippie islander vibe. A must visit. 💘 (A muslim teacher -cant remember his name- who was a local whom we met at the place and got friendly with us started to hit on me pretty bad knowing very well I was here with my boyfriend. That kinda weirded me out cuz he was barking up my tree without any provocation from my end. Keep in mind that there are beach boys in this area, but are harmless and only approach you if you let them. Refuse if you're not interested, that's all.)

Perfect location to have a chill afternoon and read a book. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The menu is handwritten and offers a few options to cater to every needs and diets.
