Filthy and moldy rooms are the least of the problem here. Arrogant staff will make you regret your stay. After a bad experience here, we wanted to change the place where we were staying, but they made a serious problem to the owner of the place where we wanted to move (supposedly stealing their customers). In the end, we lost the whole day trying to find a third place, after the second owner was bullied into not accepting us.
