Used to dine in from here. Today was pathetic. The service is nil. Steward was big headed guy with so much attitude. It seems he doesnt want to see the guests. Hospitality is nil. Its really dissapointed to see this place like this.

Really disappointed with the experience I had. We went there to have some drinks and snacks, after HALF n HOUR a waiter appear tell us "We don't give any drink or snack, IF YOU DON'T ORDER A MAIN MEAL" We just left the place and will make sure to not to set foot there again !!!!

Great place to get a variety of food under one roof. Food tastes great and reasonable prices. They are clean and have great customer service.

I visited this restaurant for the dinnerfood prices were reasonable. But thier service level & the attitude of the staff need a drastic change. Tasty food. Reasonable prices. Good atmosphere. That's why 3 stars. The atmosphere, the architecture is pretty unique. Anyway this is good place for family dinner.

Good place. Located beside main road. Can park 7-8 vehicles in front. Take away and dine in available. Bakery items, normal meals such as rice and curry, fried rice, kottu, pasta etc available. Fruit juice and other drinks available. All food tastes really good. Medium price range. Air conditioned interior. Staff is good. Can reserve tables before going. Card payments available. There is some waiting time for dine in food. So better go a bit early than u planned.

One stop for cakes, desserts, shortest, kottu, fried rice, Indian food, muffins, Sinhalese sweet eats, juices etc. Dine in available, parking space available. Good portions and tastes good too. Staff is friendly and quick. I have tasted some of the best cakes around at loops, for a reasonable price.

It's the one of best restaurant and backery I been in Colombo. It has lovely food. There are special food I am always buying seafood rice, Mongolian rice, is best it has a great taste. But parking space is sucking.

Its a nice place to go for a meal with family as well. Upstair is very spaces. Staff is friendly. And down stairs the bakery items and the sweets, (didnt try those)food is worth for the value. Nothing to complain.

This a food restaurant. It's branches are are having Colombo also. This place is not bad, middle class Restaurant.
parking available. It's having rate is 3.5 Star. But it's are may not be ;Halal' Therefor it's foods not suitable for Muslims.
The place is very nice and cleanliness therefor it's foods may be cleanliness.

Very bad service. Person serving us seemed to be in another world and was rather arrogant. When we tried to change our order he said that the KOT was already printed and no way it could be changed.

Tea was bland and was served by an equally bland girl.

Whilst having our meals the tea girl and another staff member got into an loud argument and the other staff didn't seem to care.

Will never visit any of their branches again. I'm only placing 1 star because it is not possible to proceed with the review otherwise

Found a peice of plastic in my food today. Usually the food is good, but I feel the standards have dropped a lot.
Best to get take-away or delivery, as the staff at the restaurant lack customer service and can be quite rude.

(9pm) Called 10mns before reaching the place. Said it was open until 10.15.. apparently it was closed and we were sitting there for half and hour noone told us and the one with the tie had an attitude as well. very bad service and managemnet. Would never recomend the place to anyone

Used to be a decent local restaurant. Standards has dropped. Less clean now. Still an okay place for dining and a quick snack.
