  Thakshila college is now 24 years old.Therefore it hasn't a long history.Although it is now more popular in western province.I think Thakshila`s western band is the best brass band in Gampaha district yet Thakshila has super cricket teams under 13,15,17 and powerful under 19 team.I think one day thakshila children if they will all think as positive ideas and do good works Thakshila can join to the best 10 schools in Sri Lanka.I mention above that day it is now near the hand.
