Place was very dirty. Facilities are not available. Nothing was working properly. Even the service was very very poor and some of the workers were arrogant. I have attached some photos with my review and you can clearly see what I'm saying.Bedsheets pillows and the rooms were also very much dirty. Never recommend this place to anyone. It ruined my whole trip.

View is quite okay but the whole place is mysterious.Poor service and not well maintained.Rooms are smelly and hot water systems and other things are not working properly.Even the food is not that much delicious.Fish tank is also smelly which makes it even more unpleasant.Feels like a haunted place.Never recommend to anyone except who would like to stay in very very cheap price.

Awesome place near the River!
Owners should try to make this place looks elegant.
Damaged road too. But highly recommended to have a private weekend getaway near the river.

This resort was illegally built without proper approval from the CEA and they are continuing to harm the environment. I feel that owners must be prosecuted in courts for damaging the nature.

- Be careful with actual reservations with conversation made by phone. Because you might not get what you were promised when you make arrangements through the phone.
- Make arrangement clearly before you go there otherwise you will have to face difficulties at the point of final billing

# Location:
- Little far from the main road. It's fine if you are not travelling by public transport. Nice location, lodging facilities are good, enough space.

# Food and relevant:
- Serving is ok but not much to say regarding taste. Quite general.
- Food serving with liquor are little expensive than expected

# Reservations, billing and payments
- Able to reserve by just paying 1000 (In our case).
- Be careful with actual reservations and arrangement s made by phone. Bcz, you might not get what you were promised when you make arrangements through the phone.
- Make arrangement quite clearly before you go there, unless you will have to face difficulties at the point of final billing
