Professional, easy-going, customer-oriented
Rohan & Emma's dive base opened only recently and they are a perfect team making sure you fully enjoy your dives! Emma was super-responsive and helpful from day 1. Rohan was extremely patient and explained everything in detail, we felt very comfortable with him as a guide. He showed us 7 different dive sites in 3 days and we saw many different fish (clown fish, trumpet fish, lion fish, cuttlefish, morays and many more) and some corals. The equipment they provided was brand-new and top-notch. Highly recommended!response / report this review -

Was an amazing dive experience !!! Must say that Rohan and his team we're very helpful and patient, specially Rohan has great teaching skills and a great experienced diver n buddy !!! We were explained and taught in detail and enjoyed every bit, equipments used were new and well maintainedwill def recommend..

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Rohan and Emma. Communication with Emma was swift and she organised 2 days of diving for 2 without any problems. Rohan is an experienced Technical Dive instructor who has worked extensively in England. We were in very capable hands. His dive shop may be small but contains some of the best rental equipment I've seen and much of it it is brand new. There was a selection of Mares fins to BCDs with integrated weights. If you are looking for a safe and fun dive at a good price look no further than Taprobane.

From start to finish, Emma and Rohan provided an excellent experience. As BSAC Sports Divers used to UK diving with our own kit, we wanted a nice easy day diving in the tropical waters off Trincomalee, with reliable kit. Taprobane Divers were excellent!
Emma was super responsive by email and text booking our day's diving. Rohan and his boat skipper met us and fitted us with full kit, all of which was in excellent condition.
We jumped in the boat and after a very short ride to Swami Rock (which Emma had recommended in her blog) we were enjoying almost an hour underwater with Rohan looking at beautiful old statues and plenty of fishes!
An extended surface interval (as BSAC recommends and Rohan was happy to oblige) moored in Dutch bay, before a wonderful second dive with highlights of a turtle, ray, moray and lots of clown fish in the anemones.
We can't recommend Taprobane Divers strongly enough and hope to visit again!response / report this review -
