Not a Bad Hotel. It was not crowded when we visited. The restaurant staff was exceptional. Food was okay but did not have much selections. Has a awesome long pool. Beach is amazing. Sunrise seems to be mistreated by jetwing. Maybe its due to the lack of people visiting the area.

Amazing hotel. Right on the edge of the beach. Wish we could have spent longer here. The rooms were comfortable and cosy with a balconey facing the pool. Loved every minute there.

Only issue was that the dinner buffet was quite expensive for the variety of food offered.

The rooms were clean and tidy, the swimming pool was excellent. The staff was nice and friendly. But the food was not as good as I expected. Had a nice stay, but can't rate 5 stars.

Visited in march 2018. Overall 7/10. Hotel is ok. Pool is very good. Rooms ok but facilities should improve. Minimum amenities, everything else on request they say. Food very tasty but very poor spread on buffet and when sometimes on lunch set menu. But then again like i said the little they offer tastes very good. Beach very good.

The hotel was lovely . Loved the long pool and the heart soothing beach ! The rooms were clean and huge and well arranged . But there was a power cut in the early morning and the room became very hot and had to inform them . The food was good and the dinner had a good variation whereas the breakfast was good too. But there seems to be lack of staff still . The place was okay but I don't think I'll be going for a second time

Nice place for a family vacation. Tidy rooms and clean bathrooms with a friendly staff service. This place has a nice swimming pool and access to the beach for an enjoyable swim. Full, delicious buffet was available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Clean and nice room and a spacious bathroom.
It has a very unique swimming pool and it is very nice. The hotel is located in the wonderful pasikudah beach and you can swim in the sea or relax in the beach, it is so peaceful.
Food is ok but the variety is less that’s why I didn’t go for 5 stars in this review.

Loved every minute of my stay. Everything is faultless with one exception. While the presentation, quantity and the quality of food were good, taste was pretty mediocre. I had the opportunity to speak to General Manager about it so hopefully things will get better soon.

Beach is always 👍 in trincomalee area. Hotel pool is very lenthy though it is narrow. Good concept. Staff is friendly. They wont give buffet when they have less crowd.

Nice 5* hotel recently opened. Very beautiful view of the sea to reception and to the rooms. Having long swimming pool. Nice staff and good food. Good for holiday with family and friends. Good in the season time from June to October.

Such a nice Hotel manage by Jetwing. There is a nice swim pool which maximum depth around 5ft. Safely can bring kinds. Nice beach over there with water jet service. Foods were awesome and team was very friendly.

Came here to spend the day and have lunch. Some of the the pool area has a roof which is really good as it was a hot day and we could still enjoy the pool. The lunch menu was good and well priced for the area. My only issue was how much Tax is added to the final bill (almost 30%). Given its a large amount, it would have been good to show prices with tax included or even an addictive price. The beach is amazing. Waist high water almost 70-80 meters into the water.

Enjoyed our stay here. Amazing beach with big pool. The rooms were clean, hot water was decently hot and the AC worked well. This must be a very new resort as there were a few teething issues still, such as: The handle fell off the shower tap. Sliding door to the closet broke loose from its railing and fell on my wife. The food here was really good, both dinner and breakfast. My only gripe here would be that there were not enough staff to take care of all the tables. The main reason I can't give five stars is because of the management here. When we checked in they informed us our rooms were not available. After a bit of an argument and us luckily finding our booking confirmation email the rooms magically became available. A similar situation occurred on our last day. We had paid for the late checkout option but they tried to kick us out early. This time we pointed out on their own printout for our reservation it mentioned late checkout before they finally relented. So on the whole I would recommend this place but remember to bring your booking confirmation with.
