Couldn't find a fault with Anantaya during our stay. Service, food and amenities are excellent and the staff went out of their way to provide additional services. A piece of paradise in Sri Lanka!

Nice. Like all hotels on this overdeveloped strip. But a total misconception. The appeal is for local tourists. Maybe. Foreign guests look for a village life. For interaction with local population. For a market. Shops. SURF. Nothing like this here. That is why not many visitors stay in this paradise strip.

It was a such a great experience at this beautifully designed resort. Brilliant architecture. Extremely comfortable and clean rooms. A well designed swimming pool with small pockets of private areas. Very friendly staff at every corner who were never short of a smile and Mr.Kalawana was especially helpful all-round. Excellent spread of local and foreign food with elegant presentation. Beach and it's activities were great too. Highly recommended for a classy beach holiday.
