  A highly dissatisfied place that a person can ever visit in sri Lanka if you visit mirrissa. The place is run by some low classed big attitude shame to call local who bend down on knees to tourist who get go cheap holidays in Sri Lanka. Their gestures was so unwelcoming where they just handed over keys to an unproperly maintained room with unclean pillow cases and sheet with stains on them. The room did not have what was said included for our price we paid the mini bar was not there to be found, no proper toiletries with broken fans. The pool was informed at renovation when we asked which wasn't informed prior at call even. Their service was described discriminating with low class attitude with the stale food with flies settling everywhere. This wasn’t the same for foreigners who were served with freash fruits and good English breakfasts. Avoid this place just a waste of money there are better places around mirissa with better facilities for a better price.

  We wait one hour to get served and we didn't had what we order. At the end we are surcharged for the swimming pool but at the beginning the manager said it's free. When we try to discuss in the restaurant about this, we were surrounded by ten guys. So we had no choice. But it was a good place for sunset.

  You can't expect 5 star facilities in a place like this but it's value for money. great food for affordable price. Try fresh grilled Tuna or grilled cuttlefish. You'll have access to the breathtaking view of the sea. Rooms are clean & tiddy
