Unfortunately a very bad service. They said it will take 20 minutes to prepare food. Then we were waiting, almost 2 hours! But food was not ready. Then we inquired, and noticed that they are not ready to deliver. I asked to cancel and refund as I paid full amount upfront. But they asked me to wait another 10 minutes to prepare, which was not realistic. I insist them to refund and later they did. It would have been nice, if they could inform me about the delay when I place the order.

Had the worst experience. Visited this place while coming back from Nuwara Eliya. Took more than one and half hours but they were failed to prepare fried rice for 12 of us. Strongly dissatisfied.
