We had trouble getting past security to get into the bar. We were at first told it wasn't suitable for tourists. When we persuaded them we were OK we enjoyed a beer or two there. Basic cheerful locals bar with wide range of drinks and tasty snacks

They are having both a pub and restaurant in this place. Had lunch there once and it was both delicious not much expensive. Lunch is buffet served and short-eats are too available. Fruit juices and other desert options are also there

1. Waiter forgot that we placed an order - I remind him it after 15 minutes of waiting and staring at each other - no sorry heard.
2. Curry we received was so far away from taste we know from other Indian places - probably bullion taste wasn't exactly why we expected.
3. When we changed a seat for the one outside waiter told us that it's reserved - after a minute to other tourist change a seat to this one and its was fine - not cool :(.

One star for manager - he was super nice and polite.

Nice place to try a beer with your friends,really good place ,if your in Kandy I'm recommend you this place to try,clean and nice place,don't waste your time in downstairs ,directly go to upstairs and catch a corner seat,customer service is excellent,they are really very kind and they will help you to what your necessaries,foods are actually taste good,and don't miss the happy hour,it's on 5pm to 6pm,when the happy hour there is 10% off from your bill,so just go and enjoy the place,

Great for sports, esp. cricket. Drink DOWNSTAIRS with the locals, not upstairs with the tourists. But be aware the downstairs bar can't serve alcohol between 2 and 5 pm. We went to the bottle shop down the street, though, and brought it back.

Absolutely useless.
I have never reviewed any restaurant in my life but this time I can't let it slide .
A group of 8 of us were dining in here after being persuaded by the 10-20 minute preparation time advertised on the menu, as we were tired and in need of a quick meal. In the end it took an hour and 30 minutes for our food and we had time to watch and entire movie on the provided screens.
Trying to be fair we told the management that we will not pay the 10% service charge as there was no quality service provided. It took another hour for them to let us go after we decided to pay it only for our waiters benefit as he was a great dude.
They had no respect or understanding for their awful service and I would not even recommend this place to my enemies .
