Really friendly staff, nice garden, clean room.
Breakfast was not too good, but fresh juice is included.

I had a spacious room with balcony. clean and good matras, separated modern toilet and bathroom with hot water, in room sink, AC, etc. It is a new place which seems good value for money deal until I notice followings; the bathroom was flooded when bathing due to drainage block may be due to poor cleaning and toilet floor also full with water due to tile leveling construction error. No place to put your clothes. Only one bright ceilinglight. No dim lights.
Management is not allowed to use water kettle or prepare tea or milk inside room which is terrible rule specially when you are travel with little kids. You have to go downstairs to get hot water or prepare milk for kids every time and the common kitchen available for that is very compact and untidy. It is not possible to use that after 10.30 pm after care takers went to sleep.
Management must remove this rule if they want get full return for the money they spend on modern facilities for these rooms.

We stayed 1 day, Place is really nice and relaxing not far from the jaya sri maha bodhiya. Food was really good and this is real value for money. Do not look at any other places if you like to stay safe with nice food. Going to visit next time when we back to SL
