One of the best service stations in Sri lanka second to Dimo from my experience. The supervisors are very friendly from the start, the staff is very attentive and informative, although waiting area is crowded it's still good. And unlike dimo, you have the freedom to go and check what's happening with your vehicle which brings transparency of the whole process. And the final devaluing stage go through every little detail before handing over the vehicle. A+ for this place.

Poor communications on the marketing starategies of the company which will mislead the customers. Sterling has communicated to me that if i do the continuous service from them, the 2 year warranty given for the vehicle be extended for 3 years. However, when i asked for the extention after two years, they said that it is just a promotion which is now expired. I have serviced the vehicle on their promise and this is what they did. No sense at all on the marketing startegies and completely unethicle.

Can say this is the best service station in SL. Their work is pretty neat and clean, checks oil to ac filters, does interior cleaning really well. And a body was and wax as well. Can rate 5/5 for overall Service.

I have being experienced over 30 services from sterling during past few years for multiple vehicles and they have being good and kept improving over the years. The waiting lounge with WiFi is helpful when you have to wait for 5 hours, but you can keep working and still watch your car gets serviced downstairs.

They care all vehicles which is coming under their warranty. Simply good service but having long delay as they have lot of vehicle under them.

One of the worst place for car servicing.
1. They seems to be in an extraordinary hurry in changing oil. Never bothers to fully drain out the old oil before fixing the filter.
2. Car detailing team is the worst I have ever seen. They wash the vehicle in three minute and patches of mud and dust everywhere..
Furthermore they have scrached a door and front shell. It happened to me and another customer.

My advice is to go there only for oil change during the warranty period. Wash the car somewhere else where staff is professional. After the warranty period end, never go back there unless you hate your car.

Everything feels rushed. Simply put, they have too many clients to serve. Wait too long just to get a booking. Okay to get the free aftercare under warranty done but after there there are much better places you can go to. Had my car washed couple of days back, and honestly they didn't do a good job.
